Make Up Policy

This year the schedule will be quite full. Your lesson time is yours so please adhere to it. I cannot and will not rearrange my schedule around changes in other sports schedules such as soccer or softball or social calendars. Only one make-up will be permitted per month. Sundays are make-up days at the instructor’s discretion.

If the instructor is not notified in advance the lesson will be forfeit, as the time, horse, and instructor have been reserved for you.

24-Hour cancellation notice is required for a make-up.

Call in to your instructor - Sherry at 713.557.4021 - for cancellation.

Lessons will be rescheduled at time of cancellation and must be taken in the same calendar month.

Exception: Inclement weather days may be made up in the next month (Thunder, lightning, heavy rain only. Please call instructor for cancellation.)
